Excellent service from Karen
I was very wary of changing card payment provider but I didn’t need to be with Karen.
From the initial introduction she listened to our needs and not only matched then but exceeded them. With a few demands from me along the way Karen was professional and responded with nothing being too much trouble. Installation was easy and the team are now super happy with our new terminals.

Having worked in hospitality, merchant and utility services for over four decades, including running an award-winning restaurant on the UK’s South coast, Karen Fabrizi knows more than most what it takes to run an efficient, effective SME business. She’s been there, done that, got the t-shirt and probably sold it on as well.
It’s this deep well of personal experience that enables her to not just understand, but really empathise with her clients, a trait that sets her apart from your usual merchant service sales person.
